- FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib, high chair, kids’ tableware, baby monitor, and retractable baby safety gates on every floor for peace of mind.
- COMMUNITY ACCESS: Guests can enjoy free access to all the High River community amenities, including lake and river access, picnic tables, and gate security.
- PET-FRIENDLY: Four-legged family members under 40lbs are welcome, but must be approved in advance. Please note a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet applies.

- Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door – guests will be provided with a code before check-in.
- The primary renter must be 25 years old and above.
- The reservation must list the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
- Early check-ins (before 4PM) and late checkouts (after 10AM) may be accommodated, subject to fees and availability. Please submit requests at least 24 hours in advance.
- A 7-night minimum stay applies to reservations over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve and must cover the following dates: December 19th to 26th or December 26th to January 1st (+/- 1 day). Please contact the host before making your reservation.
- As with all properties managed by Dreamscape Properties, Mystic Grove is located in a high-end quiet neighborhood. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighborhood, and neighbors.
- Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Upon entering the home we were awed by the tasteful and organic decor. It was immaculate. Everything was exactly as described, with every amenity. The back of the cabin was so pleasant including the fire pit for roasting marshmallows! We visited Main Street in Ellijay and found a few restaurants that were so good. We also did a hike at the Amicalola Falls. A must do for anyone visiting! It was always so comforting to come back to the cabin and just chill. Also, a dip in the inviting jacuzzi really eases you right into a deep slumber. This cabin offers comfort, elegance, and cleanliness. Our entire family really loved it and will definitely be back!"
