COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of coffee pods, tea, sugar and stevia, spices, salt, pepper, organic extra virgin olive oil, organic balsamic vinegar, a few trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper and dishwasher and laundry pods.
FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ’n play/travel crib, high chair, baby bath, children’s dinnerware, baby gates at the top of every staircase, and a baby monitor.
NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.

Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door – guests will be provided with a code before check-in.
The primary renter must be 25 years old and above.
The reservation must list the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
Early check-ins (before 4PM) and late checkouts (after 10AM) may be accommodated, subject to fees and availability. Please submit requests at least 24 hours in advance.
A 7-night minimum stay applies to reservations over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve and must cover the following dates: December 19th to 26th or December 26th to January 1st (+/- 1 day). Please contact the host before making your reservation.
As with all properties managed by Dreamscape Properties, Sunset Ridge is located in a high-end quiet neighborhood. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighborhood, and neighbors.
Parties, events, and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

The kitchen had everything you need to cook wonderful meals. Every appliance, dish, and item needed to cook anything you could imagine. We could tell that a focus was put on quality, and every design decision was made to that end. The views are breathtaking. Host was super responsive, and happy to help with whatever was needed. The directions on how to get there were well written, and an absolute necessity navigating the road up the mountain, but once we got there it was worth it. My family will for sure be returning!"

to explain it but from the moment you open the front door you feel completely at home! When I say they have thought of ABSOLUTELY everything .. I am not exaggerating! The kitchen had more cooking supplies and utensils than I do in mine! I have stayed at a lot of places on AirBNB and VRBO… never have I ever had a place thought out so well. I guess this is why I say I felt at home. I didn’t need one single thing. My family was there at Christmas .. 8 of us….we had every single thing we needed to prepare our Christmas dinner ! Even a meat thermometer!! (2 to be exact) I won’t tell you about all the neat ideas she had in the kitchen, let it wow you! It wasn’t just the kitchen.. everywhere was set up like you were at home! I could go on and on but I’m running out of allowed words!! Just go!!"

One of the highlights of our stay was relaxing outside by the firepit. The cozy warmth of the fire paired with the stunning views made for the perfect evening. Whether we were roasting marshmallows or simply enjoying the peace and quiet, it was an experience we’ll never forget.The cabin’s amenities were impeccable. Every detail, from the comfortable furnishings to the well-maintained spaces, made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect getaway."
